<p>The clutches! Here&#8217;s a sample of the most-completed stitchery to date. Everything else is still in various states of completion and pairings — vintage cloth and tapestry here, leather, suede and grommets there. To say nothing of the potential linings, zippers and threads. It&#8217;s taking a while since this is my first go-round with leather, but I can&#8217;t wait to tackle the purple hues that just came my way.</p>

<p>The red in the background is the infamous vintage coat from dada. The black gloves are a lucky find (stashed in the back of some out-of-the-way drawer) so the days of the chunky mis-matched glov-mits are over (until the car&#8217;s iced over again, at least…)</p>
