The theme this year is ‘Exploring Imagination’. There’s three informational sessions and a collaboration workshop on January 25 from 9am to Noon (The English Building, 600 North Alabama St.). I’ve made it to a few events in years past (a very few) and the sessions / lectures were good. Pick and choose. The more interesting ones usually stand out (to me anyway).

It upscaled the macaroni and cheese without seeming to be some pretentious-fusion denial about what we were really eating.

Apparently it’s fine to try this with food (maybe) but polyester placemats — that’s a no-no.
